I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, they even included a bottle of mineral water which was so refreshing after a long journey. The staff, especially Joaquim, Ricardo, Francisco, and Marco, were amazing, so nice and kind. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the main square and within walking distance to the Sanctuary, shops, and restaurants. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good range of buffet options. Overall, a great value for money hotel with excellent service and facilities.

The hotel has a delicious breakfast but the room had some issues with amenities like the towel heater not working. The location is excellent being close to the Sanctuary of Our Lady Of Fatima.

My room was nice, spacious, and clean. The bathroom was modern with a nice shower. However, the towel heater didn't work, which was a shame on winter days.

The service at the hotel was top-notch, especially from Jaoquim, Ricardo, Francisco, and Marco. However, one staff member at the front desk was rude and unapologetic when there was a mistake with our room key.
